Welcome to Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, scheduling system, and all coaching sessions conducted by Dr. David (“Coach”).

By scheduling, purchasing, or attending a coaching session, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms in full.

Dr. David’s coaching approach is grounded in empathy, clarity, and respect. All sessions are conducted online in a supportive, confidential environment designed to promote personal growth, insight, and self-development.

Dr. David provides life coaching and personal development consulting. These services focus on:

• Goal-setting
• Emotional insight and mindset development
• Personal accountability
• Life transitions and decision-making
• Personal growth and resilience
   

Coaching is a non-clinical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent psychological or medical conditions. Coaching should not be used as a replacement for therapy, psychiatry, or any licensed mental-health or medical service.

You understand that:

• Dr. David is not acting as a therapist or healthcare provider.
• He does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
• You are solely responsible for decisions made during or after coaching sessions.
• Individuals receiving medical or psychiatric care should continue those services while engaging in coaching.
   

Dr. David is a non-licensed professional providing life-coaching services. His role does not fall under the statutory definitions applied to licensed clinical, medical, educational, or state-regulated providers.

Because of this professional status:

This means he is not classified under any category that carries a legal obligation to report personal disclosures you make during coaching sessions. Coaching conversations remain private within the ethical and practical limits of confidentiality described in this Agreement.

You agree to:

• Participate respectfully and honestly in all coaching sessions
• Take full responsibility for personal decisions and actions
• Maintain your own privacy by ensuring you are in a secure, distraction-free environment
• Refrain from recording sessions unless written permission is provided
   

Success in coaching depends on your consistency, openness, and willingness to implement insights from the process.

All coaching sessions are held online via Google Meet, a secure, encrypted video-conferencing platform.

Clients receive a private session link upon booking.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining a reliable internet connection
• Ensuring your device and equipment are functioning properly
   

While Dr. David uses reasonable measures to protect your privacy, no online platform is entirely immune to risk.

Dr. David is committed to maintaining confidentiality and treating all client information with respect.

Your personal information, session content, and communication will not be shared with third parties except when:

• You provide written permission to share specific information
• Disclosure is required due to a lawful court order
• Secure storage or administrative needs require limited internal access
   

Session notes and client information are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Appointments must be booked in advance through the website or scheduling link. You will receive confirmation and reminder emails.

• All sessions are final and non-refundable 
• No refunds or rescheduling are provided for late arrivals, cancellations, or missed sessions 
• If Dr. David must cancel for unforeseen reasons, a complimentary reschedule will be offered
   

This policy ensures fairness and protects the coaching schedule for all clients.

Payment is required at the time of booking.
All fees are displayed clearly before checkout and processed securely.

Session fees and package prices may be updated at any time, with changes posted on the website.

All payments are non-refundable, including unused sessions within a package.

• No Guarantees: Coaching outcomes vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and readiness for change.
• Limitation of Liability: Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching or website use. 
• Assumption of Risk: You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions. 
• Indemnification: You agree to hold the Coach and the company harmless from claims resulting from your participation. 
• Not Medical or Therapeutic Services: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatry, or medical treatment.
   

Dr. David maintains high professional standards consistent with widely accepted coaching ethics and principles of integrity, respect, and confidentiality. Boundaries are upheld at all times in written, verbal, and electronic communication.

Either party may terminate coaching at any time.

Dr. David reserves the right to immediately terminate services—without refund—if:

• The Client behaves disrespectfully 
• The Client violates these Terms 
• Coaching is being used for purposes outside its intended scope
   

Referrals may be offered at Dr. David’s discretion.

All materials shared during coaching sessions including worksheets, frameworks, and written resources are the intellectual property of Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC is legally established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or coaching services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By purchasing or attending a coaching session, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms 
• You are 18 years or older 
• You understand that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment 
• You consent to online sessions conducted via Google Meet
