Welcome to Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a professional coaching practice legally formed in the State of New Mexico.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online scheduling, and participation in coaching sessions conducted by Dr. David (“Coach”).

By scheduling, purchasing, or attending a coaching session, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms in full.

Dr. David’s coaching approach is founded on integrity, empathy, and respect for personal boundaries. All sessions are conducted online in a safe, confidential environment to promote insight, growth, and self-development.

Dr. David provides life coaching and personal growth consulting—not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Coaching focuses on goal-setting, mindset, accountability, and personal development.
It is not designed to diagnose, treat, or prevent any psychological or medical condition.

You understand and agree that:

• Coaching is not therapy and should not replace licensed mental health or medical services.
   
• Dr. David does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
   
• You are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and results that arise from coaching.
   

If you are currently under psychiatric or medical care, you should continue that care alongside any coaching relationship.

You agree to:

• Engage honestly, proactively, and respectfully in each session.
   
• Take full responsibility for your decisions, behavior, and progress.
   
• Refrain from recording or distributing session content without written consent.
   
• Ensure a private, distraction-free environment during sessions to maintain confidentiality.
   

You acknowledge that meaningful progress depends on your personal effort and follow-through.

All coaching sessions are conducted exclusively online via Google Meet, a secure, encrypted video-conferencing platform.

Clients will receive a private session link upon booking.

You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and ensuring your equipment functions properly.

While Dr. David takes every reasonable measure to safeguard privacy, you acknowledge that no online platform is 100% immune to potential disruptions or unauthorized access.

Dr. David maintains the highest ethical standards of confidentiality.

All personal information and session content are kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

1. Disclosure is required by law, such as imminent risk of harm to self or others, child/elder abuse, or court order.
    
2. You provide explicit written consent to share specific information.
    

Session notes and records are securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.
Dr. David values your dignity, privacy, and trust above all else.

Appointments are booked in advance via the website or scheduling link.
You will receive confirmation and reminder emails prior to each session.

All sessions are final and non-refundable.

Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, no refunds or rescheduling are permitted for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

If Dr. David must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a complimentary reschedule at no additional cost.

This policy ensures fairness and maintains the integrity of Dr. David’s professional calendar.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

All fees are clearly displayed prior to checkout and processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC reserves the right to adjust session fees or package pricing at any time, with notice posted on the website.

All payments are non-refundable, including unused sessions in a prepaid package.

1. No Guarantees: Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort and personal circumstances. Dr. David makes no guarantees of success or specific results.
    
2. Limitation of Liability: Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in coaching or website use.
    
3. Assumption of Risk: By engaging in coaching, you voluntarily assume responsibility for all actions and decisions that result.
    
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC, its members, and employees from any claims related to your participation.
    
5. Not Medical Advice: Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals as needed.
    

Dr. David adheres to professional ethical standards consistent with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the American Psychological Association (APA) principles of conduct.

He maintains appropriate professional boundaries at all times.

All communications, whether written, verbal, or digital, will remain within the professional scope of life coaching.

Either party may terminate coaching at any time.

If the Client engages in disrespectful or harmful behavior, or fails to adhere to these Terms, Dr. David reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund.

In such cases, appropriate referrals may be provided at Dr. David’s discretion.

All materials, frameworks, and resources shared during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Dr. David Life Coaching, LLC.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials without written permission.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time.

All updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By scheduling or participating in coaching sessions, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
   
• You are 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
   
• You understand that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
   
• You consent to participate in online sessions conducted via Google Meet.
